On Monday, December 31st 2012, celebrate New Year's Eve at Le Meurice !

In order to celebrate and start the new year in style, the 3 Michelin-starred Chef at Le Meurice, Yannick Alléno has created special festive menus.

 

FINE-DINING RESTAURANT "LE MEURICE"

Canapés and amuses-bouches

Seabass tartare with condiments,
Ponzu jelly and seaweed straws

Vegetable pot celeriac and truffles to share,
Fleurette sauce and horseradish dumpling

Blue lobster and Bresse capon « Max Cormarèche » in four services:
- Lobster meat and poultry consommé in aspic
- Veal liver cake, light coral sauce
- Breast and body pot cooked in a Château d’Yquem wine
- Saveloy truffled with chicken oyster

Mango calisson flavored with sweet almond, frozen ball

New Year’s “mushroom” with praline

Black chanterelle jam under a melting disk of Comté cheese,
