On December 24th, come and enjoy the Christmas magic in the restaurants at Hotel Le Meurice, Paris!

20 September 2012 Take advantage of Christmas, because after all, it only comes once a year! For the Christmas Eve dinner, come and discover the starry menus by Yannick Alléno at Le Dalí and le Meurice restaurants.

Canapés and amuse-bouches

Sea scallop cushion with ginger,
Cauliflower in an aromatic broth with caviar grains

Melting lettuce heart with coral, diced vegetables with truffle

Sole stuffed with lobster, truffle and pistachio,
Light butter

Well-peppered Bresse goose,
Long macaroni stuffed with truffle and pearled juice

Parmesan Reggiano shavings with dried tomatoes,
Light rice cream flavored with olive oil

Lemon delicacies to share

Dark chocolate and hazelnut soft cream,
Crystallized lemon shavings

Don't forget the Christmas Tea Time!
Everyday, from December 1st 2012 to January 5th 2013, from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, (€57 per person).

On Wednesdays 5th, 12th and 19th of December, Christmas Father will be present for the Christmas Tea Time !
