Adding a pinch of humour to oodles of glamour, Head Pâtissier Camille Lesecq has imagined for 2012 an authentic galette whose chocolate flaky pastry is filled with rangipane sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts, and topped with whole hazelnuts.
This year, Tiffany & Co. has made the charm hidden inside the galette. Borrowed from the jeweller's fabulous collection of keys, this magical yellow gold jewel to find at chance in the galettes will unlock the dreams of whoever is lucky enough to find it in their slice.
