Amuse bouche

Goose foie gras in pepper aspic
carved at your table

Turbot in three Christmas variations
seasoned fish head jelly
light soup and garnishes
back studded with truffles and roasted in a lobster butter

Guinea-fowl capon roasted on the bone
toast with truffle and organ meats, poultry juice and soft
potato purée

Vacherin cream cheese of truffle and "vin jaune" wine
whipped consommé with pine needles

Meringue ball with chestnut shavings

Petits fours and chocolates

Restaurant le Meurice: Closed for lunch

CHRISTMAS TEA TIME - From Wednesday, December
7th 2011 to Wednesday, January 6th 2012
Every day from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at 45 euros per person.
Every Wednesday in December, Father Christmas will be present for Christmas tea time.
